Rewards Philosophy

Dayen is committed to provide pay and benefits that will attract, retain, and reward work force and enable eligible employees to share in the success of the company.  Continual attention is given to maintaining an overall pay and benefits program that is favorable with other selected businesses.

Base Pay:   We intends that our pay levels to match and competitive in the pay generally prevailing at market level or other selected businesses in the community of similar industries based on criterion of responsibility, experience, qualification, and skill in comparable business operations. Annual merit pay increment will be dependent upon individual and company performance.

Variable Pay:   The variable pay consists of annual variable bonus and other incentive plans. All such variable pay plan, or scheme, is based on performance on how much individual employee and the business unit contribute to the company's success and profitability, and how closely annual objectives are met in key areas.

Benefits:   Our benefit program is designed to help meet the needs of Dayen men and women by providing benefits such as co-assistance with health care costs, medical costs, surgical and hospitalization. The company intends that the benefit program will compare favorably with those companies in the industry
